Zine Project
As Design Chair of the Asian American Students Association, I initiated and designed for the first-ever zine alongside the Publicity Chair. A zine is a self-published mini-magazine. The theme we chose for this zine is "embrace," which has many connotations. This includes but is not limited to embracing acceptance of barriers between worlds, embracing interconnected existence, embracing vulnerability, embracing opportunities and roles, embracing intersectional identities.

The aim of this zine was to showcase artworks, photography, fashion, etc., empowering other creatives within the UNC Asian American community. Over 30 people submitted their works and I worked alongside the Publicity Chair to compile, design, and layout the pages for each submission.
